When your fur babies are on the larger size, it may be easier to search communities that allow dogs depending on their weight. Keep in mind, some of the larger communities with sub-divisions have different rules and allowances among them. The lists below are only indicative of weight allowance - not the number of pets. The weight categories do not indicate whether a community allows agressive breeds, we have a separate section for that.
